Bilateral relations between Bangladesh and Estonia had not been at the expected level, however, it has got a momentum after Estonia has become a concurrently accredited country with the newly opened Mission in Copenhagen. The maiden visit of Estonian Foreign Minister to Dhaka in September 2018 and visits of ICT Minister of Bangladesh to Tallinn in consecutive years boosted the relations in the recent times.

Mission’s Priority:

Hon’ble ICT Minister Mr. Zunaid Ahmed Palak has visited Tallinn twice in 2018 and 2019 and attended the e-Governance conference and met with Estonian Foreign Minister and the key figures of public and private sectors with a focus for meaningful collaboration in ICT sectors between the two counties.
